Parents and guardians play an integral role in the career planning and development of young people. To help parents talk with their children about career planning and to provide ideas for career development activities suitable for children and families, The Harrington Foundation is a partial sponsor of the booklet “A Parents’ Guide to Helping Your Children with the Career Planning Process” by JoAnn Harris-Bowlsbey, Ed.D.
